We manufacture durable retractable tie-down straps designed for secure cargo fastening and efficient load management. Featuring strong webbing, reliable retractable mechanisms, and heavy-duty construction, our tie-down straps are widely used for trailers, trucks, and transportation applications. As an experienced Retractable Tie Down Straps Supplier in China, we provide reliable OEM and ODM solutions for global distributors, wholesalers, cargo control brands, and trailer equipment suppliers.
Retractable tie down straps are cargo straps built around a spring-loaded reel inside the ratchet housing. Pull out the length you need, hook both ends, and tension like a normal ratchet — excess webbing winds back automatically, so there are no loose tails, tangles or buckle threading after every use.
We offer complete OEM & custom retractable tie down straps solutions for distributors, importers, and trailer equipment brands. From product design and material selection to private labeling and packaging, we provide one-stop manufacturing backed by in-house production and professional export support.
The difference is the reel — traditional ratchet straps need manual rewinding, while retractable tie down straps retract spare webbing in one motion, saving setup time and keeping cargo areas tidy.
Four engineered parts — a die-cast ratchet, a spring-loaded auto-retract coil, rated polyester webbing and locking-capable S-hook or J-hook ends — built for daily, repeated use.
The heavy-duty die-cast ratchet provides strong tension control and secure tightening performance. Its durable structure ensures stable operation and long service life during frequent cargo securing applications.

The durable polyester webbing delivers excellent strength, abrasion resistance, and reliable performance. Designed for repeated loading, it maintains stable performance in demanding transportation conditions.
The S-hook and J-hook fittings provide secure attachment points for various cargo applications. Strong construction and optional safety latches improve connection security during transportation.

Why our retractable design is safer and longer-lived — an auto-retract reel with deceleration, locking hooks, tested polyester webbing and corrosion-resistant hardware.
The integrated reel system uses controlled retraction technology to smoothly collect excess webbing. Auto retractable ratchet straps prevent loose strap ends and keep storage clean after every use.
The secure hook latch prevents accidental release during transportation, while the quick release design allows easy operation. It improves safety and protects users from pinch points.
High-strength polyester webbing provides excellent durability, abrasion resistance, and weather protection. Corrosion-resistant hardware options ensure reliable performance in different environments.
Each retractable tie down strap undergoes strict performance testing to ensure reliable strength and safety. Test records and certifications are available for demanding applications.
A short buyers guide: match working load limit to your heaviest cargo, pick width and length, choose end fittings, then order — with our MOQ, sampling and lead time explained.
WLL is the safe continuous load, usually one-third of breaking strength. If your cargo weighs 900 lbs, choose retractable tie down straps rated at least 1,000 lbs WLL — never a strap rated at its breaking point.
1-inch webbing carries 500–1,100 lbs WLL; 2 inch retractable ratchet straps reach 1,466–3,335 lbs. 15 foot retractable ratchet straps suit trucks; 6 foot retractable ratchet straps fit motorcycle trailers. Pick a length near your anchor spread.
S-hooks fit stake pockets and D-rings; J-hooks suit tubular rails and foot pegs; soft loops guard painted surfaces. Choose s hook ratchet strap versions with latches for open anchors, j hook ratchet strap versions for round tubing.

Regular ratchet straps need manual rewinding and often tangle; retractable tie down straps wind excess webbing into the housing automatically. Regular straps can carry higher single-strap ratings for very heavy loads, while retractable ratchet straps trade some capacity for speed and cleanliness — for retail and mid-duty hauling, retractable is the easier sell.
Our lineup covers 500 lbs to 3,335 lbs working load limit in standard models, with breaking strength up to 10,000 lbs on custom heavy duty retractable ratchet straps. Always match WLL to the heaviest cargo item, never exceed it, and distribute the load across multiple straps for maximum safety margin.
